How do you test UX?
The methodology used by SBD has been refined over many years, incorporating objective data results as well as subjective values that are used to derive an overall usability score.
All vehicles/systems tested are subject to the same criteria and use cases, so one vehicle will not be more advantaged than another by nature of the test. This allows all vehicles to be viewed independently of any particular OEM’s strategy or targets, and presents systems as they are across a level playing field.
